If a person takes vitamin E, they can reduce the chances of this occurring. There are many foods that contain high levels of vitamin E. One of the most common foods that contain vitamin E are nuts.

Vitamin C is an important essential vitamins and supplements. Vitamin C is a wonderful component in boosting the immunity of a person. Vitamin C can also be great in achieving heart health. Vitamin C can help in improving circulation and improving the nutrients within cells that are vital to the proper functioning of the heart. There are many foods that are rich in vitamin C. Some of these foods include oranges, various types of vegetables, and even certain beverages.

People who take a combination of both vitamin C and vitamin E reap the benefits of excellent health as far as the heart is concerned. If you are someone who has a family history of issues with the heart, you should consider taking vitamin C and vitamin E together. This will ensure that you reach the highest level of health when it comes to your heart. If you currently have issues with your heart, or have had issues in the past, you should also be sure to take these supplements together.
